Terms & Conditions

1. Project Scope & Deliverables

• All design services (e.g., posters, brochures, packaging, PPTs) are defined by a formal project contract or creative brief, which outlines deliverables, revision rounds, and timelines.
• Changes to project scope (e.g., adding design formats, expanding content) require a written addendum and will incur additional fees (priced per complexity, $50–$200).
• We provide 2–3 complimentary revision rounds for all projects; additional revisions cost $75–$150 per round (billed separately).

2. Billing & Payment Terms (Single-Sale Only)

• All purchases are one-time transactions (no automatic subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees).
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate design work; the remaining 50% is due upon final deliverable submission (before digital files are released or physical samples are shipped).
• Charges will appear on your payment statement as: clawprint.life - Graphic Design Services.
• Late payments incur a 4% monthly fee (applied to overdue balances).

3. Checkout Mandatory Agreement

4. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, you gain exclusive ownership of final design deliverables (for your brand’s commercial use).
• Clawprint Life LLC retains ownership of unused design concepts, templates, and proprietary design processes (we may use these for portfolio examples, with your explicit consent).
• You are responsible for ensuring all materials (logos, images, text) provided to us are legally licensed (we are not liable for copyright/trademark claims from unlicensed assets you supply).

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate brand guidelines, content, and feedback within 3 business days of milestone requests (delays may extend project timelines).
• Protect confidential design assets (unreleased concepts, drafts) shared by us from unauthorized disclosure.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost sales, delayed campaigns) resulting from client-side delays or post-delivery use of our designs.
• Our total liability for any project-related claim is limited to the total fee paid for that project.
