This policy applies only to physical design samples (e.g., printed brochure prototypes, hardcover book bindings, packaging mockups) – digital deliverables (e.g., PDF files, PPTs) are sent via secure cloud links (no shipping required).

1. Eligible Shipping Items

We ship physical design samples only if they are explicitly included in your project contract (e.g., “1x printed brochure prototype” as a deliverable). Digital-only projects do not involve shipping.

2. Shipping Timelines

  • Domestic (U.S.): Physical samples are shipped via USPS First Class or UPS Ground within 2–3 business days of final deliverable approval. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
  • International: We offer international shipping on request (additional fees apply). Delivery takes 7–14 business days (excludes customs delays).

3. Shipping Costs

  • For project-included samples: Domestic shipping costs are covered by Clawprint Life LLC.
  • For additional/requested samples: Shipping costs (domestic/international) are billed to you at the time of request (based on carrier rates + 10% handling fee).

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • A shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) will be sent to your registered email once samples are shipped.
  • You are responsible for monitoring delivery status via the carrier’s website. We are not liable for lost packages if tracking shows successful delivery to your provided address.

5. Damaged or Missing Samples

  • If your sample arrives damaged: Email design@clawprint.life within 48 hours of delivery (include photos of the package and damaged item). We will ship a replacement sample at no cost.
  • If your sample is lost (tracking shows no delivery): We will re-produce and ship a replacement sample (free for domestic orders; international replacements require a 50% handling fee).

6. International Shipping Notes

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of you (the recipient). We do not cover these costs.
  • We recommend checking your country’s customs regulations for printed materials before requesting international shipping.
