Overview

Our refund and return policy applies to all graphic design deliverables (digital assets, physical design samples) purchased through clawprint.life, and lasts 20 days from the date of final deliverable submission (for digital assets) or receipt (for physical samples). If 20 days have passed since your deliverable was sent/received, we cannot offer a full refund or adjustment.
This policy is tailored to our single-project, custom design services—all deliverables are crafted to your unique brand/scope, so eligibility depends on the type of deliverable and project status.

Eligibility for a Return/Refund

To qualify for a return or refund, your deliverable must meet the criteria below:
  • Digital design assets (e.g., posters, PPTs, print-ready files): Must be unedited, in the original delivered format, and fail to align with the agreed-upon project scope (documented in your creative brief/contract).
  • Physical design samples (e.g., printed brochure prototypes, bound book proofs): Must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in original packaging.
We require a copy of your project contract or invoice (proof of purchase) to process any request.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Deliverables

Certain custom design deliverables are exempt from returns or refunds, as they are tailored exclusively to your brand:
  • Final digital design assets that have been approved by you (via project milestones).
  • Custom design concepts, drafts, or revisions that align with your approved brief.
  • Digital files that have been edited, modified, or adapted by you after delivery.
  • Physical samples that show signs of use, damage, or modification (not caused by our error).

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in limited situations:
  • Design projects where work has commenced (but not finalized) – the refund amount will reflect the portion of unused services (e.g., 30% refund if 70% of the project is complete).
  • Physical samples returned with minor wear (not caused by our error) – the refund will deduct costs for replacement materials.
  • Deliverables that require additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon complimentary rounds (partial refund excludes fees for extra revisions).

Refund Process

  1. Submit Your Request: Email design@clawprint.life with your project ID, proof of purchase, and details of the issue (e.g., scope deviation, technical defect).
  2. Review & Notification:
    • For digital assets: We will review the deliverable against your brief within 3 business days, then email you to confirm refund approval/rejection.
    • For physical samples: Ship the item to our return address (below) – we will notify you once it’s received and inspected (within 5 business days of delivery to us).
  3. Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:
  1. Verify your bank account or payment provider (processing times vary by institution).
  2. Contact your credit card company – refunds may take 2–3 billing cycles to post.
  3. Follow up with us at design@clawprint.life if delays persist beyond 10 business days.

Physical Sample Returns

To return a physical design sample, mail it to:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). If approved, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
  • For high-value samples, we recommend using a trackable shipping service – we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked items.

Exchanges

We only replace deliverables if they are defective or fail to meet scope:
  • Digital assets: Defective files (e.g., corrupted, incorrect format) will be replaced with corrected versions within 48 hours of notification.
  • Physical samples: Damaged or misprinted samples will be replaced with new copies – we will cover shipping costs for replacement items.
To request an exchange, email design@clawprint.life with your project ID and details of the issue.

Gift Purchases

If your design project was purchased as a gift:
  • If the gift was shipped (physical samples) directly to you: A gift credit (for the refund amount) will be issued once the return is processed.
  • If the gift giver shipped the project (or digital asset access) to themselves: Refunds will be sent to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
